This Privacy Policy explains how aliyahhq.com/ ("AliyahHQ", "we") collects and uses personal information, in accordance with Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (as amended, including Amendment 13), and, where applicable, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who We Are

2. What We Collect
- Information you submit: if you use a contact or quote-request form, we collect what you enter — typically name, email address, phone number, and your message or request details. You are under no legal obligation to provide this information; providing it is voluntary and depends on your consent. If you do not provide it, we simply cannot respond to or route your request.
- Calculator inputs: numbers you enter into our calculators are processed in your browser and are not stored by us or linked to your identity.
- Usage data: with your consent, we use analytics cookies to understand how the Site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). See “Cookies” below.
3. Why We Use It (Purposes)
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the information or introduction you requested.
- Referrals: if you ask to be introduced to a third-party service provider (for example a mortgage broker, mover, or insurance agent), we will share your contact details and request with that provider — only with your consent, given at the time you submit the request. Once shared, the provider processes your details under its own privacy policy.
- To improve the Site (aggregated analytics).
- To send you updates only if you explicitly opted in; every message includes an unsubscribe option and you may opt out at any time.
4. Legal Bases (EU/UK Visitors)
Where the GDPR applies, we process your data on the basis of your consent (forms, referrals, analytics cookies, marketing) and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Site. You may withdraw consent at any time.

We keep form submissions only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, then delete them. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to a site of this size, in line with Israel’s Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017. In the event of a serious data-security incident we will act as required by law, including notifying the Privacy Protection Authority and affected individuals where applicable.
8. Your Rights
Under Israeli law you have the right to review information we hold about you and to request correction or deletion of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or unlawfully held. EU/UK visitors additionally have GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. 9. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
10. International Transfers
Our vendors may store data in Israel, the EU, or the United States. Israel benefits from an EU adequacy decision; where data is transferred elsewhere, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
