These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aliyahhq.com/ (the "Site"). By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

1. Informational Site — No Advice, No Client Relationship

The Site provides general information and educational tools only. Use of the Site does not create any advisor–client, broker–client, attorney–client, or fiduciary relationship. Our full Disclaimer is part of these Terms.

2. Calculators and Tools

Calculators on the Site produce non-binding, simplified estimates. They are not offers or quotes, and we do not warrant their accuracy or fitness for any purpose. You are solely responsible for any decision you make.

3. Third-Party Links, Partners, and Referrals

The Site links to third-party websites and, on request, may introduce you to third-party service providers (see our Site Disclosure). Third parties are independent of us: we do not control, endorse, or guarantee their content, services, pricing, or conduct, and any engagement is solely between you and them.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv district shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms.
